Over the last two weeks we have been busy completing Red Book Valuations which comply with the requirements of the Royal Insitutioin of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Our Valuer is a member of the RICS and has MRICS qualifications.
Homes England valuations have been carried out in Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Swindon. We do a number of these Help to Buy Valuations and are familiar with the process.
